The media attention about the NFL report that backs up Jonathan Martin’s account of the workplace bullying that he experienced is significant and is a vehicle that can be used to bring attention to the efforts being made to pass the Healthy Workplace Bill S3863/A4965, the bill that addresses workplace bullying in New York State.

The NFL report will do a lot of good to show how pervasive workplace bullying is in our employment settings. If you are from New York State and are being bullied or are interested in helping pass legislation to address this issue, please contact us at info@nyhwa.org or on Facebook at facebook.com/groups/nyhwa.
