The media attention about the NFL report that backs up Jonathan Martin’s account of the workplace bullying that he experienced is significant and is a vehicle that can be used to bring attention to the efforts being made to pass the Healthy Workplace Bill S3863/A4965, the bill that addresses workplace bullying in New York State.

The NFL report will do a lot of good to show how pervasive workplace bullying is in our employment settings.
