The non-profit sector has its own problems with bullying and toxic work environments. Recent reporting about working conditions at two prominent social justice non-profits, the Southern Poverty Law Center and Amnesty International, are sadly reinforcing this reality.”

David Yamada is a tenured Professor of Law and Director of the New Workplace Institute at Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
