Note to Readers: James B. (“J.B.”) Milliken was president of University of Nebraska-Lincoln before he was hired at CUNY. University of Nebraska-Lincoln prides itself as “The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is home to leading researchers who have studied bullying in the workplace as well as in school settings.”

That was one of the reasons I delivered a moveon.org petition to his office a while back supporting the New York State Healthy Workplace Bill. I wasn’t sure what would happen or if there would be a response but when it happened it was like wow!

Does censorship and harassment and bullying facilitate outright academic debauchery? More about this later

For the first time since the Harvey Weinstein scandal became public, a major publication made the connection between sexual harassment and workplace bullying, even noting the workplace anti-bullying Healthy Workplace Bill and its author David Yamada.
