Serious Backlog in Rape Kit Testing Across the Country Helps Serial Rapists to Remain Free
Thursday, March 6th, 2014The information was announced in the White House teleconference yesterday by Vice President Joe Biden and Attorney General Eric Holder. In the 2015 $3.9 trillion budget, the administration is asking the Republican controlled Congress to approve $35 million to resolve the backlog.
Holder said, wishfully, that partisan politics should not play role in this decision. Story in the works for the WORD, which participated in the conference call.
