Link for those interested in the dynamics of mobbing, which essentially is a bunch of Colleagues or co-workers trying to humiliate the shit out of a Colleague, co-worker or member of the department. And it can be a problem if they get support from top administrators. But there can be a salubrious diminution in harm (or the nurturing of the roots or righteous retribution) if the actions of the colleagues/co-workers are documented in tapes, complaints, memos and archival material. And, of course, when they put their big feet in their big mouths.
