For now, I’m calling the latest chapter in this saga Billy D. Herman. Billie D. is a poster boy for workplace bullying and bigotry in the Department of Film and Media Studies.
His mission is to encourage students and former students to provide negative information about this writer, a Colleague, in the crisis-ridden Department of Film and Media Studies, Hunter College. #D:F/M. That information, he says, is to be turned over to Department Chair Jay Roman, who will in turn pass the information on to the Hunter administration.
Is The Hunter Administration orchestrating a hit on a tenured professor to cover up the insanity in D:F/M?
To think that more than 10 years ago, Colleagues in cahoots with members of the Student Liberation Action Movement tried to take control of the WORD, to force its editor – me – to publish articles of their choosing for this publication that I use to teach journalism in my classes. It set off the longest running academic scandal at Hunter College if not City University of New York. A colossal Academic Freedom violation ever there was one on this campus with big, big problems with Academic Freedom.
May be the longest running scandal than any college in the metropolitan NYC area?
