Here is a big question regarding the Department of Film and Media Studies at Hunter College.
Regarding racism, white supremacy and bigotry, institutionalized and otherwise, do you consider these forces exerting a strong influence in our department? I ask that question of you because, one, you’ve been in the department longer than I have, and, two, because you have set yourself up as the D:F/M cerberus to deal with allegations of a negative nature about the department of film on Hunter-L, fm-l and other forums revealing the hideous things taking place in #D:F/M.
A timely reply would be appreciated but not required.
