I Wish Colleague Bernard Stein Would Get His Act Together

There shouldn’t be any shame that the College did not honor the Express reporter and that it was conferred by an “unit” of the Department of Film and Media Studies. But to continue insisting that the College conferred the order has to make reasonable minds suspicious.
