I sent the following message to Rhonnye Ricks, CUNY Training Director, Violence Prevention Training, CUNY:

I didn’t see any information about what employees are to do if phony complaints regarding workplace violence are filed against them. And, second, what they should do if an investigation is seriously flawed because of ethical improprieties and/or gross negligence.

I await your response.
