 by Gregg Morris A rise in concern about workplace “bullying”—a term that can be variously defined—has long been noted as a problem in the academy, as articles in Inside Higher Ed, The Chronicle of Higher Education, and Academe have noted. The issue has recently become of interest to professors at the City University of New York, who note that no formal policy to address workplace bullying currently exists.
