Dear Faculty,
Your teacher evaluation packet(s) can now be found in your mailboxes. The teacher evaluation period is Monday, April 27 to Friday, May 15. The last day for teacher evaluations is Friday, May 15 and your evaluation packets should be handed to a student representative during the time before this date.
Your absence in the classroom is required during evaluations and students should be given 15 to 20 minutes to complete the questionnaires. Once the evaluations have been completed, your student representative should return the packet to 1446 Hunter East. If the office is closed, have the student slide the packet underneath the door. Pencils are available in the main office.
Please be sure to have the pencils returned to the main office upon completion of your evaluation(s). Thank you for your cooperation.
