Filipino Newspaper Reports that New York City’s Human Rights Commission May Be a Resource for Bullied New Yorkers

In an article published in OSM! Editor Marivir R. Montebon writes that New York City Human Rights Commissioner Carmelyn Malalis said that New Yorkers experiencing bullying in the workplace may be able to find redress through her Human Rights Commission.  Those who commute to New York City to work are also eligible.
